Our cancellation and refund terms for our courses. If anything here isn’t clear, contact APSIC directly and they’ll talk you through it.
How refunds work
The course may be cancelled by APSIC due to insufficient enrolments or other unforeseen circumstances, in that case, you receive a full refund. If you need to cancel your own enrolment, here’s how it works.
Where a course is cancelled by APSIC due to insufficient enrolments or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of course fees is provided to every participant.
Instead of cancelling, an enrolment may be transferred to the next course date or another participant. Contact APSIC directly to arrange this.
Where written notice is received at least 7 business days prior to the course commencement date, a 90% refund of course enrolment fees is available. A $100 administration fee applies.
Outside of the situations above, a refund is at the discretion of APSIC management. Contact APSIC directly to discuss your specific situation.
No refund is available where cancellation is made within 7 business days of the course delivery date.
